Going into full development!
Hello peeps!
I don't know who'll read this, this is my first ever dev log here on itch.io so let's see how it goes!
A bit over 2 weeks ago I joined Senscape's Adventurous Game Jam 2021 and my game Partum Artifex managed to grab the first spot! I have for a very long time of game development not earned a single penny on my projects and this time I broke that dry run. I felt good while making this game (even if it was a short development time), I absolutely love the antagonist and his motives and the overwhelmingly positive feedback from not just people around me, but also random people online, made me realize that I should absolutely follow up on this.
So my announcement is simple: I'm going to go full out for about a month or two to polish, extend and redesign some areas of the game into a fully commercially released product! The idea is to release it here on itch and on Steam, so please stay around for more updates! I will do my best to do more updates in the future regarding the development. Today I've already started a few social media pages, they are still empty sadly so I'll make a post about it in the future as well. I'm also gonna take more than the previous 10 minutes on designing a new, but similar, logo for the game!
To those who played it, to those who followed me, to those who supported me, I just want to say thanks. Really, thanks! I don't know what else to say. It might sound like I have won the lottery with the way I'm wording this, but just know that I'm really happy!
Let's do this!
